lauren + ryan 10.3.09

after shooting lauren and ryan's e-shoot, receiving their amazing wed invite and chatting it up on facebook i knew their wedding would be a dream to shoot! a weekend in cape may starting with a rehearsal dinner @ the blue pig restaurant in congress hall and continuing at a boardwalk arcade started off the wedding with a bang and really set the tone for what was next.. a fun, relaxed and unique wedding! the couple was married at the lady star of the sea church in town square and the journey continued on a trolley were we found so many fun spots for pics! converse sneakers were a huge part of the wedding- the entire wedding party donned them and so did some family members- so cool! the reception was held at the grand hotel on the beach. beautiful details like one of a kind table numbers using license plates and bingo cards! how cool is that!! personalized pint glasses and concert style wedding posters {created by the groom as a gift for his bride} were given to all the guests, re-usable green bags {green was the color!} with a funny message on the outside were filled with treats an itinerary, and things to do in cape may! signature drinks, the grooms own maple + bacon peanuts, cupcakes {that were delicious}, a pie ala mode buffet all made for fantastic eats! dancing, dancing and more dancing the night away and even a little punk {drop kick murphys} got ryan and his groomsmen out on the dance floor! this talented and fun couple made for such a great wedding to shoot! i loved every minute of it and am always so happy when give the creative freedom to create something unique and representative of the couple! congrats l+r and and let the journey continue...

This looks like so much fun!

I'm wondering if the couple would share where they got the pint glasses. We were thinking of doing the same thing for our favors.
