amanda + dominic 5.31.14

the beautiful inside and out amanda + dominic had a spectacular wedding on saturday! the truly one of a kind event was held at amanda's family farm {been in the family for generations} and it was truly one of a kind! the couple already had their ceremony in key west, but wanted to have a huge celebration with all their family + friends.. when i arrived at the house, amanda was making boutonnieres, giving her dad a haircut and the girls were making the signature drink for the reception! {busy, busy!} it was a diy day, filled with so many special touches! the bridal party and couple arrived in classic cars - which was big part of the night, many guests brought their cars and they lined the outside of the wedding tent! details galore - flowers planted in a pallet held seating cards, guests were asked to choose a unique glass for the evening and label the chalkboard painted heart on the glass with their name. a drink bar made with vintage furniture and a galvanized tub sink held coca cola in bottles. a wood desk with an advice box for notes to the couple and rusty letters spelled out love on top of bales of hay. a handmade photo booth made from old doors and a chandelier invited guests to have their picture taken and tables were lined herbs in baskets, and lemon centerpieces took the place of flowers! s'mores were for dessert and guests took home burlap sacks of seed to plant! amanda + dom are very special people and this was a very special wedding, one i will not soon forget! congrats and lots of love to a + d! xoxo
