truly some of my favorite photos, the amazing katie + stu were married by the beach at bayhead yacht club! they got ready in some of the best houses ever, such great light and character! perfect for photos! katie wore j.crew and her girls wore light green dresses. stu and his guys went without socks and wore surfer themed hermes ties! they were married at a small beach front church and got to ring the bell after the ceremony. they arrived to the reception in a bold blue rolls royce {super cool} and the cocktail hour was held under a tent along the water. the reception was in a large boat house with great light and an industrial feel! perhaps the best entrance ever, they arrived by wooden boat and guests cheered them into their first dance! beach badge style place cards and nautical touches made for a classic and unforgettable event!
making this day extra special for me was the adoption of my husband and i's newborn son, just days before. the stars seemed aligned, everything as is should be, the day and couple, complete perfection. xo and lotsa love k + s!
