these cuties have been together 10 years and i'm honored to have documented their big day! kayla a preschool teacher & brian an nypd officer were married on a {hot} summer afternoon in brooklyn. the guys wore grey suits and gals wore a combination of gold and coral. kayla's dress was a total stunner in layers of delicate roses and she carried a bouquet full of bright pink peonies. the ceremony & reception was held at dyker golf course and the guests had some relief with shade moving in for the nuptials! these 2 are so cool, the bride came down the aisle to guns n roses {an awesome instrumental version}and their first dance was to mumford & son's - i will wait. the dancing continued throughout the night and we even got to see kayla's rapping chops! an ice cream bar and photo booth complete with cardboard cut outs of the couple as their younger selves kept guests happy! what an amazing couple and an amazing day! congrats k + b! xo
