megan + mike 9.7.12

megan & mike were married on a perfect friday afternoon in southern nj! the wedding took place at the abbie holmes estate - an historic property set back from a quaint village of small shops. the vintage inspired wedding was filled with shades of pink and sea foam green. the girls wore pink chiffon dresses and the guys sported grey suits and converse sneaks! {love that} in place of traditional bouquets the bridesmaids carried purses with layers of silk chiffon petals! {super unique idea} and megan wore her hair up in a bun and green shoes. {the color of the sea} the ceremony took place outside under a white washed pavilion and a bridge led the way for guests to their seats and megan to her future husband! mike's groomsmen played guitar throughout the ceremony and the vows were kept short and sweet. after the ceremony family & friends were invited to mingle throughout the estate's different rooms and porches. pink roses in antique glass containers decorated lace covered tables and jeweled frames held table numbers. salt water taffy {a jersey shore tradition} was given out as favors and a cake covered in swirls of roses was for dessert! such a sweet and magical day, congrats m + m! xo
