jenn + jim 4.24.10

the oh so happy {they did not stop smiling the whole day!} jenn & jim were married on a picture perfect saturday afternoon at the heldrich in new brunswick. this was such a unique wedding and one i truly loved to shoot! there were so many special moments that i will list them! the ceremony included some special touches: the bridal party came into signed, sealed, delivered and literally danced up the aisle.. {yes-it reminded me of the office episode!}, the wedding had a classic jersey theme and they chose 4 items {a diner coffee mug, a.c. poker chip, seashell and ivy to represent the school they met at- princeton} they had 4 friends come up and speak to the couples' relationship and how the item related to them.. it was very sweet! then they had all the guests in unison pronounce them husband and wife.. super cool! jones soda personalized with their photo served as favors and there was even a skeeball machine set up for the reception! then if that wasn't enough a surprise visit/serenade by the princeton tigers marching band {jenn + jim met in the band while at school} literally 50 musicians swarmed the reception dance floor and were led into song.. i had goose bumps! jenn + jim even jumped in and grabbed drums and started to play! oh and one more surprise a beer pong table set up.. too funny! this will go down as one the more memorable and fun weddings i have had the privilege to shoot! a couple so completely and utterly in love that they radiate happy! congrats guys!

What a FUN & creative wedding and of course you did an amazing job capturing that! Especially love the photo of the bride with her hands on her hips looking at the pretty flower girl -- gorgeous. Also the photo of the older couple on the couch - love it! ALL of them -- awesomeness!!! New Brunswick/Rutgers was my college stomping grounds...you made it all look so pretty :)

So incredible, as someone who loves working with Jen but wasn't at the event I feel pulled in, sentimental, in awe, and so so so happy for them.
