it was a true do it yourself wedding, with the generous help of family and friends, everything was done by us... everything!
there were handmade save the dates, invites, programs, petals for the recessional, menu cards, seating cards with bells, tables named after emotions like hope and faith with matching embroidered cloth napkins, sparkler send off, cupcakes, a candy buffet, kids table, homemade cookies and cookie cutter favors, sign in frame and tags for handwritten notes to us, handmade bouquets and centerpieces, signs, even the arch we got married under we assembled and is now in our front yard covered in trumpet vine and the list goes on and on... it was truly the best day of my life and also the hottest.. we were married at the prallsville mill in stockton, nj an historic mill with no a.c. and it was 100 degrees that day! the heat did not get us down and we all had a blast, we had a dj upstairs and our friend's band played downstairs. i can't believe it's been 4 years and together almost 11... wow! i'm so happy i get to re-live these moments i cherish so much every weekend at all these special weddings i photograph!
