holly + andy 5.9.09

holly + andy were married in nyc on saturday, the ceremony and reception were held at a photographer's dream location - loft 11. {white walls, white ceilings, lots of windows, clean, simple, wonderful!} the forecast called for thunderstorms, but not there was not a drop in the sky! {finally a nice weekend} the couple rented a bright red trolley that carried us to lotsa fun picture spots like bryant park and times square! the colors were bright pink, white and black and it was gorgeous! the centerpieces were so elegant and dripping with crystals, the lighting was pink and added to the intimate and very new york feeling of the reception. sushi was passed at cocktail hour and magnolia bakery cupcakes were served as favors in take out boxes {i am a cupcake fiend and did take one home that night- yum!} andy delivered a very funny toast to his guests, the couple had a beautifully choreographed first dance and fun was had by all! a super pretty wedding and a very charming couple, this wedding was a ball to shoot! wishing h + a lots of love and laughter and an awesome time in hawaii!
