amy + chad engaged!

the fabulous and ticklish amy & chad came all the way from jupiter, florida to get some fun shots in manasquan, nj before they tie the knot next month! i have photographed this family before and so it was a real pleasure working with them again! even mom got in for some shots! i'm so excited to capture their big day at the beach in october!

jen + ed are engaged! {plus bruce, miles and ella!}

i had so much fun shooting our good friends' jen and ed yesterday! we got some cute shots at allaire and even managed to wrangle up miles and ella for a few pics! chris stopped in to drop off some mini pumpkins and fruit and the light was so amazing that it gave jen a rainbow circle on her belly and ed a harry potter scar.. crazy! {scroll down and you will see what i mean!} we then went to the couple's favorite spot - the beach and what an unbelievable surprise.. there was the boss.. just hanging out at the inlet at sunset {oh and the sunset was amazing!} we striked up a conversation..played it cool and ed handed over his guitar and bruce began serenading jen & ed.. how cool is that?! definitely the coolest thing to ever happen at an eshoot and i'm so happy we all have this memory and story to tell! super excited for their big day next month! love you guys.. xoxo

p.s. bruce may have been the coolest guy i have ever met!
