erica + rob's wedding is on martha stewart!

i've been so excited since i found out that martha was going to feature erica and rob's homespun nuptials! {it took everything i had not to shout it from the rooftops} this couple was pure joy and love to work with and the wedding was so real and special! yippee! xo e + r!

eileen + matt 8.20.11

the adorable and so in love eileen & matt were married in frenchtown on the lawn of eileen's childhood home! as i drove to the house thru the country {yes, the country in new jersey} it was so picturesque and i just knew the wedding would be beautiful! I arrived to an amazing tent {that was air-conditioned!} on the front lawn and a patio filled with white chairs. so many unique touches at this wedding! for instance the game "assasin" that's right "assasin" you will not likely see this at another wedding! where colorful water guns, guests pics with targets on them and confidential file folders sat next to a table of black and white family wedding photos! the game was basically to get your target who you were given at random, there was even a trophy proclaiming the winner as a "true bad a**" so funny and guests loved it! the ceremony was short and sweet and after their declaration as husband and wife confetti cannons went off and littered the sky with a rainbow of paper! they walked up the aisle hand in hand to florence & the machine.. gave me goosebumps! {love when that happens!} we went to a nearby farm with red barn for some fun pics and grabbed a couple at the christmas tree farm next door! {full of mini trees} the reception was beautiful with a rustic color palette in flowers on tables and silverware was placed cards with hand drawn trees.. guests were treated to great music and whole grouper to eat! a photobooth with fun fabric was on the wraparound porch and when the sun started to set a firepit came out for guests to make s'mores! i loved every minute i was able to spend with this couple and loved their home spun and sweet wedding! xo eileen + matt!
