jess + tom 10.1.16

this gorgeous duo was married at their family farm in jackson on a saturday afternoon. jess wore a lace dress and cowgirl boots and tom wore a tweed vest with a boutonniere made from a bullet. the ceremony took place in an outbuilding with pews inside that jess's dad made by hand and a blue grass band played them down the aisle. after they exchanged vows we took portraits of the newly married couple together with their dog petey. in preparation for the big day the couple buried a bottle of bourbon to keep the rain away {and it seemed to work} tom dug it up and i'm hoping they toasted with it later that night. the reception was held in the completely redone barn and they did an amazing job. jess hand painted the dance floor and her dad made the farm tables by hand with trees he fell from the land. {they had a 50/50 raffle and 2 lucky guests went home with the tables} dinner was served picnic style and tables were named after farm animals and dinosaurs {jess's favorite ; )} lots of dancing including on top of the hay bales, donuts and pie for desert and they even spent their wedding night in our vintage camper - check it out suburban camping co. you could see and feel the love these 2 have for one another and the way their family and friends feel about them. i've never seen so many tough cowboys cry! such a special day that so much love was put into! congrats j + t! xoxo
