lisa + shane 2.13.10
i could not have started off my 2010 season with a sweeter couple! lisa & shane were married @ eagle oaks golf club in farmingdale on a saturday afternoon. after several snow storms and a couple feet of snow on the ground, this was officially a winter wedding! the ceremony was held in the club's cozy library complete with roaring fireplace in front of a small group of family and friends! we were able to sneak outside for a few pics, but it was so cold that we ended up finding lots of cute spots inside.. for the reception a much larger group of family and friends attended their high end cocktail party! guests danced to a great live band: joe baracata band and and were treated to a candy bar with lisa & shane's favorite treats like swedish fish {my fave too!} and jolly ranchers.. yum! it was such a pleasure shooting this laid back and fun couple's wedding! i wish you guys lots of luck and love! have a great trip to costa rica!
mandy + nav get engaged! 2.3.10
after a bit of a hiatus i was so excited to shoot mandy + nav's e-session! we found some cool spots in the meatpacking district and then took a cab to grand central for a few more... so excited for their music themed wedding on fire island this september!
